July and August are holiday months in Spain. Spanish people like to spend their holidays in their own country, so that prices rise during these months. But, as you can imagine, the sun shines all year around in Chiclana and the temperatures are very pleasent; and from the middle of April to the middle of October, we enjoy the beach season. So, if you prefer, you can plan a reasonable-priced holiday 'out of season' avoiding July and August.
